Can anyone else think of a more asshole sounding title? Or, can anyone imagine getting this on Christmas morning? Like, go fuck yourself! Haha just kidding... Nope. Awkwardly enough, I did get this book as a present. Not because I was beyond crazy and needed to get my shit together (I hope), but because whoever felt the need to bestow this lovely book upon me thought the activities inside were something fun and new to try out. Sure! Let's go with that.




Left: Screw the "Table of Contents", you've got "The Smorgasbord". In other words, the 52 course buffet of self-help activities designed to help YOU overcome the lemons and other fruit being thrown at you by life.

Right: Whoever made this book really thought of their readers. Each self-help activity has it's own section of the book, complete with the what's, why's, and how's of each activity. But wait, there's more! In each activity, there are also a list of goals, ways to prevent failure, and a little journal to document your impression. Because there's nothing more comforting than reading back on all of the things that increased your anxiety throughout the year. Just kidding!
